I am a researcher in physical education and health, specialising in the integration of physical activity, mental health, and innovative pedagogical approaches. I recently completed my PhD in Education (Physical Education) at UCSI University, Malaysia, and currently awaiting graduation in May 2026. I also hold a master’s degree in Sport Management from the University of Stirling, UK, and a bachelor’s degree in physical education from Baoding University, China.
My research focuses on flipped learning in physical education, student engagement, and the relationship between physical activity and mental health. I have contributed to numerous international publications, including articles in peer-reviewed journals and edited volumes, with several manuscripts currently under review.
I have been actively involved in academic and research activities, serving as a research assistant at UCSI University and a teaching assistant at the International Islamic University Malaysia. I have delivered keynote and invited presentations at international conferences and academic events across Malaysia and beyond. In recognition of my contributions, I was awarded the “Outstanding Young Researcher” honour in 2025.
My work aims to promote sustainable and inclusive educational practices through physical activity, with a particular emphasis on enhancing student wellbeing and lifelong engagement in active lifestyles.
